CHEF - cold dinner buffet section

What will be your responsibilities:

  • preparation of dishes according to recipes
  • care for the quality and aesthetics of prepared dishes
  • Maintaining order in the workplace
  • operation of kitchen appliances
  • compliance with hygiene rules and procedures at the workplace

  • Sanitary and epidemiological judgment
  • compliance with sanitary procedures, rules and standards
  • Ability to work in a team
  • independence and responsible approach to work
  • paying attention to maintaining the quality and aesthetics of dishes

What will be your responsibilities:

  • maintaining order in the kitchen
  • implementation of assigned tasks, including peeling, slicing, shredding, chopping vegetables
  • operation of appliances located on the kitchen
  • washing dishes and kitchen equipment on the dishwashing machine
  • compliance with hygiene rules and procedures at the workplace

What will be your responsibilities:

  • direct service of guests and taking care of their comfort of stay
  • Check-in and check-out
  • Accrual of receivables and issuing sales documents
  • responding to any inconvenience of the guest
  • cooperation with other departments of the hotel

  • perform tasks accurately and conscientiously
  • Availability
