Playing in the cregles has a few simple rules.

The maximum number of points that can be earned in one game is 300 points.

STRIKE — Skipping all 10 bowls in the first roll gives you 10 points plus the number of points equal to the number of bowls knocked down in the next two lunges.

SPARE — Skipping all 10 bowls in two throws gives you 10 points plus the number of points equal to the number of bowls knocked down in the next throw.

SPLIT — after the first throw no bowling no. 1 and the remaining bowling is more than one field away.

MISS — knock off part of the bowling in the first toss, and the second throw is inaccurate. The number of points equal to the bowling in the first throw.

FOUL — crossing the throw line — no points are charged.
