Coming to the procedure.

We invite you to the procedure 5 minutes before the scheduled date. Please come in a bathrobe and without jewelry. We start the procedures on time. By being late, you reduce the time of the procedure, and its price remains unchanged.

During the procedure.

Inappropriate behavior during the procedure is not tolerated. All therapists have the right to stop the procedure in such cases. The costs of such treatment are not reimbursed.

Cancellation of treatment dates.

Free cancellation of the procedure is possible up to 4 hours before the scheduled visit. In case of non-cancellation of the treatment, the Amber Spa reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment value and add the value to the hotel bill.
