The reservation will be guaranteed by a deposit of 40% of the reservation value. Immediately after receiving the deposit, we will send you a voucher for the stay by email. The amount of the deposit for an unused stay, for reasons attributable to the purchaser of the service, is non-refundable. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival. In the event of no deposit being received, the reservation will be considered OUT OF DATE. Please note that due to changes in regulations from 01.01.2020, issuing a VAT invoice will only be possible if the purchaser's NIP is included on the fiscal receipt. Therefore, please provide the NIP number when making the prepayment for the stay.
