LOYALTY  PROGRAM

SENATOR PRESTIGE CLUB

I. General Provisions.

1. These Regulations specify the rules for participation in the Hotel Senator loyalty program called Senator PRESTIGE CLUB.
2. The program is directed to those who were guests of the Hotel Senator at least once and spent a minimum of 5 000 PLN.

II. The criteria for the participation in the program.

1. Any individual of 18 years of age and fixed address can apply for the Hotel Senator PRESTIGE CLUB membership.
2. The Hotel Senator loyalty card is available upon filling in all the required fields in the registration form. By signing the registration form, the participant expresses his/her consent to have his/her personal data listed in the Hotel Senator data base and permits to process his/hers data for direct marketing and to receive informative materials from Hotel Senator SA and its partners.
3. The Senator Prestige Club member card can be issued by the Hotel reception or sent by mail to the address indicated in the registration form.
4. The Senator Prestige Club card is not transferable.
5. It is possible for couples to apply for one card. The reward points can be earned by both spouses.
6. The Senator Prestige Club membership is valid for a period of 24 months from the last stay at Hotel Senator.
7. The Senator Prestige Club Card is not a credit card.

III. What are the benefits of participation in the program SENATOR PRESTIGE CLUB.

1. Senator Prestige Club card entitles to a 5% discount on rack rates stay (bed and breakfast) Discounts are not available for package stays.
2. The Senator Prestige Club program authorizes the card holder to redeem accumulated points for goods and services, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Regulations.
3. Members of the Senator Prestige Club have exclusive rights to participate in special events organized by Hotel Senator. Information about planned events is sent in advance by mail or e-mail.
4. Loyalty program participants receive exclusive information about special offers, events and new products available to members only.

IV. How to use SENATOR PRESTIGE CLUB card.

1. Book your rack rates stay (bed and breakfast) and receive a 5% discount
2. You can earn points every time you pay for hotel services. Simply present your card when paying your bill and collect loyalty points.
3. Points are calculated according to the following rule: for every 100 PLN spent on hotel services program participant receives 1 point (100 PLN = 1 point).
4. Your loyalty points will be calculated and added to your account upon your check-out. The accumulated reward points can be used during your next stay at the hotel. There is a possibility of accumulation of points.
5. You do not earn points for the following:
- reservations made as part of a group
- reservations made using Internet commercial reservation systems other than www.hotelsenator.pl

- bookings made by a travel agent or a third party

- making payments using prepaid vouchers
6. Reward points can be redeemed in accordance with the principles described in Section V. They are not redeemable for cash.
7. The Senator Prestige Club participants can check their account balance during their stay in Hotel Senator, over the phone or by accessing the hotel's website www.hotelsenator.pl and by logging into Senator Prestige Club using your name and card number.

V. How to exchange points for goods and services.

1. Upon check-in, the staff member informs the guest of the total accumulated points and presents the full range of goods and services available as rewards.
2. The Senator Prestige Club participant can exchange points for goods and services by placing an order form at the hotel reception. A voucher for a specific product or service will be then issued. Goods from the list of prizes will be available on the same day while other services will be accessible after further arrangements. If a specific reward is not obtainable by the time of check out, Senator Hotel reserves the right of delivering the product within 14 days.
3. After selecting the product or service, the reward points on the loyalty account are automatically reduced by the point value of the prize.

VI. Final Provisions.

1. Any lost or stolen Senator Prestige Club card has to be reported to the hotel reception.
A new card can be issued after the old one is nullified.
Lost or stolen cards will be re-issued for an additional fee of 30 PLN.

2. Membership in the hotel loyalty program may be revoked if the guest:
- does not comply with the hotel rules
- causes damage to the hotel's property

3. The hotel reserves the right to modify this present regulation at any time.

6. Cheese platter with a bottle of wine         90 points.

7. Gala dinner with exquisite menu and a bottle of wine         150 points.
8. Full Body Massage                          50 points.
9. Hot stone massage                         60 points.
10. Facial for her or him                      90 points.
11. Body wrap Dead Sea Mud          100 points.
12. Ayurveda EXCLUSIVE                 120 points

13. Individual session of Nordic walking 90 minutes / 1 session     40 points.
14. Swimming lessons 30 minutes / 5 sessions (children 3-12)      60 points.
15. Learning to swim 1 h / 5 sessions (children over 12)             100 points.
16. Diving combined with a photo session 30 min / 3 sessions    145 points.
17. Individual yoga sessions 1 hr / 1 session                                 80 points.

(dynamic yoga, yoga relaxation, yoga for partners, yoga for family)
In the case of yoga session request bookings should be made at least one month prior to arrival.

18. Voucher for SPA treatments to the value of 150 PLN             60 points.

19. Voucher for SPA cosmetics to the value of 300 PLN           120 points.
